1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 2008 No. 1801 "About creation of mortgages and accounting of the rights by them" the following changes:

about transition of the rights according to the mortgage and the new owner of the mortgage;
about pledge of the documentary mortgage or the termination of pledge of the documentary mortgage;
about cancellation of the mortgage;
about creation and transfer of the new documentary mortgage instead of damaged;
about error correction in the mortgage and (or) in marks in the mortgage;
about modification of the mortgage and (or) of marks in the mortgage;
about issue of the duplicate of the documentary mortgage;
