Approve the enclosed standard conditions of the service provision contracts on carrying out construction supervision signed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about contractual system in the field of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs.

2. This resolution is applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of services in carrying out construction supervision, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases or invitations to take part in determination of the contractor on which are sent after day of entry into force of this resolution, and also in case of the conclusion of contracts with the single contractor after day of entry into force of this resolution.

3. Determine that the standard conditions of service provision contracts on carrying out construction supervision approved by this resolution are applied when implementing purchases of services in carrying out construction supervision in the course of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction projects, including linear objects and objects of transport infrastructure.
