Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 432 "About approval of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and determination of additional terms of sale" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 47, the Art. 1641, No. 62, Art. 2136; 2020, No. 100, the Art. 3251) and of February 21, 2023 No. 183 "About approval of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to big privatization" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 27, the Art. 1513) changes which are applied.

1. Item 114 of the Procedure for holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to small privatization and the determination of additional terms of sale approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 2018 No. 432, to state in the following edition:
"114. The amount of payment for participation in electronic auction is determined as a percentage selling prices of subject to privatization including tax on value added and constitutes 4 percent, but no more than 8 million hryvnias.".
2. To state Item 114 of the Procedure for the holding electronic auctions for sale of subjects to big privatization approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 21, 2023 No. 183, in the following edition:
