About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 115/2021 on approval of Standard documentation for implementation of public procurements of goods and services
According to Art. 50 of the Law No. 131/2015 on public procurements (переопубликован in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 424-429, to the Art. 666), I ORDER:
1. Appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 115/2021 on approval of Standard documentation for implementation of public procurements of goods and services registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1661 of September 23, 2021 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, No. 230-237 Art. 1151), to add with Item 98-1 of the following content:
"98-1. In case of agreements of public procurements which subject is purchase of the electric power of natural gas, heat energy or public service of water supply and the sewerage at the guaranteeing supplier, the universal supplier, the supplier with obligations on rendering public service or at the operator of public service of water supply and the sewerage if necessary at regulated prices and rates, such agreements are signed with observance of sectoral regulations of regulation and contain without fail the standard provisions approved by National regulation agency in power".
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
