partially shifts (shifts Art. 1 (2), Art. 3 (3), Art. 4 (4), Art. 5 (2) and (3), the Art. 6a (4), Items 1 and 2 of Appendix I and litas. B Items 3-5 and 8 of Appendix II) Regulations (EU) No. 251/2014 of the European parliament and Council of February 26, 2014 about determination, the description, representation in the market, labeling and protection of geographical instructions to the flavored grape and wine-making products and cancellation of Regulations (EES) No. 1601/91 of Council, CELEX: 32014R0251, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 84 of March 20, 2014, with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2021/2117 of the European parliament and Council of December 2, 2021;

shifts Appendix to the Delegated regulations of the Commission (EU) 2017/670 of January 31, 2017 supplementing Regulations (EU) No. 251/2014 of the European parliament and Council concerning the permitted production processes for receipt of the flavored grape and wine-making products, CELEX: 32017R0670, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 97 of April 8, 2017;

shifts the Delegated regulations of the Commission (EU) 2024/585 of December 8, 2023 supplementing Regulations (EU) No. 251/2014 of the European parliament and Council of rather specific rules concerning specifying and designation of ingredients of the flavored grape and wine-making products, CELEX: 32024R0585, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 2024/585 of February 15, 2024;
