About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second the subitem 1 of Item 5-2 of the word "calendar days;" shall be replaced with words "calendar days; and/or";

2) in Item 14:

in the paragraph the second subitem 8 of the word "to national currency;" shall be replaced with words "to national currency; and/or";

add Item with the new subitem of the following content:

"63) calculations of operators of mail service, the international transport carriers on customs payment which final receivers are the customs/tax authorities of the United States of America connected with import to the territory of the United States of America of the international mailings from Ukraine if such calculations are perfromed in the way:

transfer (including advancing) for benefit of the legal entity accredited by the Customs border service of the United States of America and meeting the requirements for activities for customs payment, or transfer in its advantage of cash pledge (as guarantees for customs payment);

transfer to foreign carrier of aggregate amount of customs payments for the settlement period determined in the agreement with it or expense recoveries on the customs payments paid by this carrier.
