Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 2015 No. 272 "About establishment of sample of the electronic document containing the personal data of physical person about date of registration as the unemployed and date of removal from accounting as the unemployed brought by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection in the register of the population" the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:

to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
