1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2015 No. 358 "About establishment of sample of the electronic document containing the personal data of physical person about place of employment, date of employment and date of dismissal brought by Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus in the register of the population" the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:

state preamble in the following edition:
