1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on provision of information on the agreements signed by the parties not at the organized biddings under which obligations provide transition of the property right to the goods admitted to organized trading and also about maintaining the register of such agreements and provision of information from the specified register, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2023 No. 892 "About approval of the Regulations on provision of information on the agreements signed by the parties not at the organized biddings under which obligations provide transition of the property right to the goods admitted to organized trading and also about maintaining the register of such agreements and provision of information from the specified register and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 23, by the station 4202).

2. The legal entities, individual entrepreneurs who signed not at the organized biddings agreements under which obligations provide transition of the property right to the goods admitted to organized trading (further - off-exchange agreements), specified in the subitem "t" of Item 2 of the Regulations on provision of information on the agreements signed by the parties not at the organized biddings under which obligations provide transition of the property right to the goods admitted to organized trading and also about maintaining the register of such agreements and provision of information from the specified register approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2023 No. 892 "About approval of the Regulations on provision of information on the agreements signed by the parties not at the organized biddings under which obligations provide transition of the property right to the goods admitted to organized trading and also about maintaining the register of such agreements and provision of information from the specified register and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this resolution), have the right from November 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026 (inclusive) in voluntary procedure to provide information on the signed off-exchange agreements in the register of off-exchange agreements.

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026, except for Item 2 of this resolution which becomes effective since November 1, 2025.

1. Add Item 2 with the subitem "t" of the following content:
