About modification of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1052 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, the Art. 3514) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations

1. In item 4:

1) to add Item with subitem 19-1 of the following content:

"19-1) will organize engineering support of actions of divisions of Operational rescue service of civil protection during prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations, the fires and other dangerous events;";

Subitem 58 to exclude 2).

2. Add Item 5 with the subitem 7 of the following content:

"7) is provided by functioning of internal control and performs internal audit in the device GSChS and its territorial authorities, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of its management.".

3. Add Item 6 with subitem 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1) to use information and communication systems of electronic support and the notification about threats of air attack which are developed in Armed Forces, and also in the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications" by means of radio-electronic fight of tactical level for the purpose of preserving life and health of staff of bodies and divisions of civil protection during execution of tasks to destination;".

4. Add Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:
