3) the act of prolongation of review periods in the field of industrial safety, according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the act of suspension of check in the field of industrial safety, according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the act of renewal of check in the field of industrial safety, according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) the act of suspension or prohibition of activities or separate types of activity in the field of industrial safety, according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) instructions about elimination of the revealed violations in the field of industrial safety, according to appendix 7 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
