About modification of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About the organization of employment relationships in the conditions of warlike situation"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About the organization of employment relationships in the conditions of warlike situation" of March 15, 2022 to state part one of article 11 of the Law of Ukraine to No. 2136-IX in the following edition:

"1. During action of warlike situation the employer can initiate suspension of action of the separate provisions of the collective agreement governing the relations determined by this Law. Action of such provisions can be stopped only by mutual consent of the parties of the collective agreement according to the procedure, defined by this collective agreement".

II. Final and transitional provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. Within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law of the party of the collective agreement shall begin negotiations on opportunities and terms of renewal of action of its provisions stopped without mutual consent of its parties. The procedure and terms of renewal of action of such provisions are determined by the parties of the collective agreement.

The party of the employer notifies the body which performed notifying registration of this collective agreement on the decision on renewal of action of provisions of the collective agreement in week time from the date of adoption of such decision.
