1.1. State appendices 1 and 2 in edition of appendices 1 and 2 to this Instruction respectively.
1.2. In footnote 1 to the paragraph to the second appendices 3 and in footnote 1 to the paragraph to the second appendices 4 the word "joins" to replace with the word "is excluded".
2. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
