About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in connection with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About features of regulation of activities of legal entities of separate forms of business during transition period and associations of legal entities"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

1) within one year from the date of entry into force of this resolution the rent for property of the state companies which during this period will be transformed to joint-stock companies, limited liability companies which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state goes in such size:

for single property complex of structural divisions of the specified societies:

- 30 percent of the rent - in the government budget;

- 70 percent - to the specified societies;

for real estate of the specified societies:

- 70 percent of the rent - in the government budget;

- 30 percent - to the specified societies;

2) lease agreements (hiring) of property of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state or other legal entity the single participant (founder) of which is the state, concluded before entry into force of this resolution, are acting during the term of their action.
