For the purpose of support of agro-industrial complex, ensuring food security, stimulation of producers of agricultural products, according to Item 3 of part 1 of article 322 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the List of domestic agricultural production concerning which payment of the VAT with reduction by 80 percent till January 1, 2030, according to appendix is made.

2. To the ministry of water resources, agricultural industry and processing industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
