1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of activities of the state companies under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 19, 2023 No. 307 the following change:

in the Charter of the state company "MONTH Textiles" under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 14 with paragraphs the fourteenth or seventeenth the following content:

"-rendering services in repair of equipment, the Kyrgyz Republic which is on balance of the Ministry of emergency situations;

- rendering services in sanatorium treatment;

- provision of medico-rehabilitation services;
