1. Approve the Procedure for provision of lump sum payment "Bala of Bereke" to mothers having many children who are constantly living in conditions of highlands and the remote hardly accessible zones of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 29, 2018 No. 307 the following change:
in Regulations on procedure for the request for purpose of public welfare payments and the procedure for purpose of public welfare payments approved by the above-stated resolution:
