1. Approve Regulations on the individual program of rehabilitation of person with disability which is applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 1992 No. 83 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1992, No. 3, the Art. 68) regarding approval of the Regulations on the individual program of rehabilitation and adaptation of the disabled person;
the subitem 3 Items of 1 change which is made to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1758 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 1, by the Art. 4).

1. This Provision determines the mechanism of accomplishment and financing of the individual program of rehabilitation of person with disability.

The individual program of rehabilitation of person with disability (the individual program is farther) - complex of optimum types, forms, amounts, terms of rehabilitation actions with determination of procedure, the place of their carrying out directed to recovery and compensation of the broken or lost functions of organism and capabilities of person with disability and the child with disability.
3. The individual program is developed based on the State standard program of rehabilitation of persons with the disability approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 8, 2006 No. 1686 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, Art. No. 50 3311).
