About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on the Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 24, 2009 No. 154 "About the Federal Service on control of the alcoholic and tobacco markets" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 9, Art. 1119; 2022, No. 24, Art. 4069).
2. Declare invalid the paragraph the fourth Item of 11 changes which are made to Regulations on Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 15, 2017 No. 571 "About modification of the Regulations on Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 21, the Art. 3023).
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.
