till October 1, 2009 - the offer on introduction of amendments to the legislation of the Russian Federation for the purpose of optimization of execution of the state powers in the field of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products.

7. To Federal Agency for State Property Management together with Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation to make the approved offers on placement of central office and territorial authorities of Service respectively in Moscow and in subjects of the Russian Federation in a month.
