Article 1. Bring in article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About additional education" of April 16, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 4, Art. 276; 2021, No. 1-2, of Art. 16; 2022, No. 6, Art. 352) following changes:
- state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. Educational institutions issue to graduates of rates of retraining the diploma, and to other graduates – the certificate.";
- regarding 4 words of "certificates (certificates)" shall be replaced with words "diplomas and certificates".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
