About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Dehkan (farmer) economy"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About Dehkan (farmer) economy" of March 15, 2016 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2016, No. 3, the Art. 142) the following changes and amendments:
1. To add the paragraph of the sixth part 1 of article 9 after the words "and rights to use by the parcel of land" with the words "with the alienation right".
2. In the second offer of part 2 of Article 16 "this" to exclude the word.
3. In the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 1 of Article 22 of the word "parcels of land" "lands of agricultural purpose".
4. In the second and third offers of part 2 of Article 25 of the word of "others" and "and disposed" to exclude.
5. Article 27 in paragraph four to replace the word "and" with the word "or".
6. Add Article 28 with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

7. To state parts 2 and 3 of Article 30 in the following edition:
"2. Construction of field camp is performed in the territory to 0,01 of hectare in case of the area of the parcel of land of Dehkan economy more than 3 hectares.
3. The field camp on the parcel of land is placed with observance of requirements of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan, fire-proof rules, health and ecological requirements according to the procedure, established by authorized state body on regulation of the relations connected with the earth, and authorized state body in the field of architecture and town planning.".
