About the state forest register

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on maintaining the state forest register.

2. To the ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation to approve till July 1, 2007 form of the state forest register, procedure for representation and the rule of entering of documentary information into the state forest register and procedure for submission to Federal Forestry Agency of the documentary information entered in the state forest register.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 20, 1997 N611 "About Conducting the State Accounting of Forest Fund" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 21, the Art. 2489);
