About establishment of rates of charge for issue or prolongation of permission to attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 6 of article 616 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Establish rates of charge for issue or prolongation of permission to attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan, proceeding from the size of the monthly settlement indicator established by the law on the republican budget on payment date of charges in sizes according to appendix 1 to this resolution, except for seasonal foreign workers for whom rates of charge for issue or prolongation of permission to attraction of foreign labor power to the Republic of Kazakhstan are established in the following sizes:

up to 90 calendar days – the 12-fold size of monthly settlement indicator;

up to 180 calendar days – the 24-fold size of monthly settlement indicator;

up to 270 calendar days – the 36-fold size of monthly settlement indicator;

up to 365 calendar days – the 48-fold size of monthly settlement indicator.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2026.
