About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation till September 1, 2026 according to Item 3 of article 21 of the Federal law "About Power Industry" to approve subjects to application by the guaranteeing suppliers of electrical energy (capacity) in the relations with consumers of electrical energy (capacity) approximate purchase and sale agreements of electrical energy (power supply).

3. Recognize invalid separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

4. Determine that this resolution is applied in case of the conclusion (change earlier signed) agreements of power supply (purchase and sale (delivery) of electrical energy (capacity), purchase and sale agreements of the electrical energy made on the objects of microgeneration located in zone of activities of the guaranteeing supplier between the guaranteeing supplier and the consumer, applications for which conclusion were directed after entry into force of this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2027, except for Item 2 of this resolution which becomes effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.
