1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of October 6, 2016 No. 19 "About approval of Rules of professional appraiser ethic" the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:
"About Rules of professional appraiser ethic";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(are applied)";
in the Rules of professional appraiser ethic approved by this resolution:
the second Item 2 to exclude Item 1 and part;
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. For the purposes of these rules the terms "customer of assessment", "contractor of assessment", "independent assessment", "value assessment", "estimative activities", "appraiser", "result of independent assessment" in the values determined respectively in Items 3, of 4, of 8, 11-13, 17 of appendix 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2006 No. 615 are used.";
in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "and technical regulatory legal acts" shall be replaced with words ", including the technical codes of common practice, obligatory for observance, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus".
