Rules of professional appraiser ethic

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. No. 58 is excluded according to the Resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of 22.09.2025

2. These rules represent set of the regulations determining requirements imposed to appraisers in case of accomplishment of professional obligations by them including in relations with citizens of the Republic of Belarus, foreign citizens and stateless persons (further – citizens), colleagues, state bodies, courts, other organizations and officials.

3. For the purposes of these rules the terms "customer of assessment", "contractor of assessment", "independent assessment", "value assessment", "estimative activities", "appraiser", "result of independent assessment" in the values determined respectively in Items 3, of 4, of 8, 11-13, 17 of appendix 2 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 13, 2006 No. 615 are used.
