1. 3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2027 and is subject to official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Occupation Educational Activities in the field of Preschool Education and Training, Initial, Main Average, General Secondary, Technical and Professional, Postsecondary Education, Spiritual Education, Educational and Improving Services by the Minor" (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state services" (further – the Law), the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" (further – ZRK O GS) and establish licensing procedure on occupation educational activities of the legal entities providing preschool education and training, primary education, the main secondary education, general secondary education, technical and professional education on specialties, postsecondary education on specialties and also the military, to special educational institutions on groups of specialties, postsecondary education on specialties, spiritual education, educational and improving services by the minor, including the individual entrepreneurs without formation of legal entity realizing general education training programs of preschool education and training (further - uslugopoluchatel).

The state service "Licensing for Occupation Educational Activities in the field of Preschool Education and Training, Initial, Main Average, General Secondary, Technical and Professional, Postsecondary Education, Spiritual Education, Educational and Improving Services by the Minor" (further – the state service) appears Committee on quality assurance in the field of formation of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and territorial departments of Committee on quality assurance in the field of formation of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

3. The committee on quality assurance in the field of formation of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) is the licensor performing licensing of activities in the field of education for provision of spiritual education.

Territorial departments of Committee on quality assurance in the field of formation of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Departments) are the licensors performing licensing of activities in the field of education for provision of preschool education and training, primary education, main secondary education, general secondary education, technical and professional education on specialties, and also military, special educational institutions on groups of specialties, postsecondary education on specialties, educational and improving services by the minor.
