Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for selection of the innovative initiatives, startups developed in regions of the Kyrgyz Republic on the 40 areas - 40 initiatives project of July 29, 2022 No. 411 the following changes:
1) in item 4:
word in paragraph one to "The state agency of intellectual property and innovations under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic (Кыргызпатент)" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic";
in the paragraph the second the word "Kyrgyzpatent" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic";
2) in Regulations on procedure for selection of the innovative initiatives, startups developed in regions of the Kyrgyz Republic, on the 40 areas - 40 initiatives project, approved by the above-stated resolution:
