Procedure for import of seeds to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. This Procedure is developed according to article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About seeds" and determines procedure for import of seeds to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The following persons can import seeds on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- legal entities and physical persons, including the individual entrepreneurs performing production of seeds of agricultural plants;

- legal entities and physical persons, including the individual entrepreneurs enabling the realization and (or) use of seeds of agricultural plants;

- legal entities and physical persons, including the individual entrepreneurs performing transportation of seeds of agricultural plants from the territory of foreign state on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
