About change of the Regulations on procedure for use of electronic tax services by means of AIS "Personal Account of the Taxpayer" approved by the Order GNS No. 125 of 24.02.2020.

For the purpose of enhancement of tax administration, based on h (10) Art. 132-3, of the item 17) h (1) and the item 4) and the item 8) h (2) I ORDER to Art. 133 of the Tax Code:

1. To change the regulations on procedure for use of electronic tax services by means of AIS "Personal Account of the Taxpayer" approved by the Order GNS No. 125/2020, as follows:

Item 7 to add 1) with the subitem e) the following content: "e) fill contact information and the e-mail address in the Section Personal data, and also contact information and the e-mail address of the company";

Appendix No. 1 to add 2) with Sections 6 - 8 following contents:

"6. The service Online payment of taxes and fees by physical persons - citizens;

7. Service E-invoice;

8. Service Certificate on residence".

Appendix No. 2 to add 3) with Sections 7 - 8 following contents:

"7. Service Electronic monitoring of sales (MEV);

8. Service Certificate on residence (CR)".

4) the List of services for which access is provided, in appendix No. 4 to add with the services "Service Electronic Monitoring of Sales" and "Service Certificate on Residence".

2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
