Based on part (22) article 4 of the Law No. 131/2015 on public procurements (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 197-205, 402), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for planning of public procurements it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1419/2016 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for planning of agreements on public procurements (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 1, the Art. 4).
3. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
