About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1469/2016 about approval of the Regulations on creation and functioning of single window on permission of accomplishment of construction works
Based on Item h) article 6 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In the Order of the Government No. 1469/2016 about approval of the Regulations on creation and functioning of single window on permission of accomplishment of construction works (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 154), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. in the resolution:
1.1.1. to state formula of acceptance in the following edition:
"Based on parts (3) and (4) article 7 of the Law No. 161/2011 on implementation of single window in implementation of business activity (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, Art. No. 170-175, 496), with subsequent changes, and provisions of the Town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 41-44, 61), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government";
1.1.2. in Item 3:
1.1.2.1. in the subitem 1) "till December 31, 2017" to replace the text with the text "till January 1, 2027";
1.1.2.2. in the subitem 2) the text "according to the program of connection stated in annex No. 3 to this resolution" to exclude.
1.1.3. state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. Provide to public organization "Bureau on Arrangement of the Territory, Town Planning, Construction and Housing" entering into the Automated information system of production and issue of allowing documents and updating of data on the certified technical experts in the field of construction.".
