1. To provide to bodies of local public authority of the first and second levels food of children in public organizations of preschool education and educational institutions with programs of different levels or the integrated training programs which founders they are:

1.1. by the financial means allocated from the government budget according to the financial regulation per day established by annually joint order of the Minister of Education and Research and Minister of Finance;

1.2. at the expense of fee of the legal representative of the child in the amount of 50% of the financial regulation per day established by annually joint order of the Minister of Education and Research and Minister of Finance calculated for the period the actual visit, except as specified children with the status of the child temporarily without parental support or with the status of the child, without parental support.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Research and bodies of local public authority of the second level free food (breakfast) of pupils of the I-IV classes and pupils of the V-IX classes of public organizations initial, average (I and II cycles), vocational and alternative education which founders they are, and also the studying V-XII classes from east regions of the Republic of Moldova, Bender's municipium and public educational institutions of the areas Dubesar, Keushen and Aneny Noy located in the safety area, according to appendix No. 1 and the approved financial regulation per day.
