About approval of the Regulations on calculation of energy consumption from renewable sources

Based on the Item k 1) of article 10 of the Law No. 10/2016 on promotion of energy use from renewable sources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 69-77, 117), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on calculation of energy consumption from renewable sources it (is applied).

2. To Department of Energy, the National center for steady energy and National bureau of statistics to cooperate for the purpose of determination and realization of necessary measures and actions for development of national statistical system for ensuring availability of necessary statistical information in case of determination of gross end use energy consumption from renewable sources and share of renewable energy in gross end use energy consumption, both sector, and cumulative.

3. To the national center for steady energy to include the detailed information about gross end use energy consumption from renewable sources and share of renewable energy in gross end use energy consumption, both sector, and cumulative, in the annual activities report developed according to part provisions (7) article 11 of the Law No. 139/2018 on energy efficiency, and to publish it on the official website. To the national center for steady energy to promote process of development of the national integrated report on energy and climate provided in article 7-3 of the Law No. 174/2017 on power by inclusion in it of the detailed information provided in this Item.
