1. Approve Regulations on statistical transfer of amounts of energy from renewable sources between agreement parties about creation of Energy community it (is applied).

To the central industry body of public management in the field of power to notify the Secretariat of Energy community on all agreements on statistical transfer of amounts of energy signed with other contracting parties not later than in 12 months after the termination every year during which the transfer was in force. Information sent to the Secretariat shall include data on amount and the price of the corresponding statistical transfer.

3. Statistical transfers become effective after accomplishment by contracting parties with which the agreement on statistical transfer, all obligations under the specified agreement was signed.
