About change of the laws concerning activities of bodies and divisions for emergency situations

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 No. 2403-XII "About fire safety" the following changes:
1. In word preamble of "fire supervision" shall be replaced with words "supervision in the field of ensuring fire safety".
2. 2 parts one of Article 4 to exclude Item.
in part one:
words "programs of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus and administrative and territorial units, and also" to exclude;
add part with the offer of the following content: "Actions for ensuring fire safety are provided also by decisions of local councils of deputies, executive and administrative organs.";
the second to exclude part.
4. To state part one of Article 11 in the following edition:
"Legal entities to which functions of editorial office of mass media which founders are state bodies and (or) the state organizations are assigned free of charge place and distribute information of fire-proof orientation provided by bodies and divisions for emergency situations.".
5. In Article 12, the name of the Section III, parts two and third Article 14 of the word "state organizations" shall be replaced with words "other organizations" in the corresponding case.
