1. Bring in the joint order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 26, 2023 No. 688 and the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 28, 2023 No. 169 "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree and checking leaf in the field of civil registration" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 33488) the following changes:
in Criteria for evaluation of degree of the risks in the field of civil registration approved by the above-stated joint order:
be reworded as follows appendix 1 according to appendix 1 to this joint order;
to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to the above-stated joint order according to appendix 2 to this joint order.
2. To provide to committee of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this joint order;
2) placement of this joint order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within five working days after state registration of this joint order its direction in Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan for placement in the information system "Unified Register of Subjects and Objects of Checks".
