I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 20, 2012 No. 142 "About approval of the Regulations on Management of militia of migratory control of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 06, 2012 at No. 380/20693.
2. To management of interaction with the Public migratory service of Ukraine the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Yurkov A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
