About modification of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About lease of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 4, Art. 25 with the following changes) to add article 2 of the Law of Ukraine with part nine of the following content:

"9. Operation of this Law does not extend to paid services in provision in short-term (hourly) use of the sports constructions of the state and utility pattern of ownership entered in the Electronic register of the sports constructions which are not lease. The list of services in short-term (hourly) use by sports constructions affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on representation of the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of physical culture and sport. Owners or right users of sports constructions provide placement in the Electronic register of sports constructions of information on procedure and conditions of provision of such paid services".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of, its publication following behind day, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of publication of this Law.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of publication of this Law:

adopt the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this Law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
