About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2016 No. 166 and of August 2, 2022 No. 861

1. Bring in the Procedure for functioning of electronic purchasing system and the carrying out authorization of electronic platforms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2016 No. 166 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 22, Art. 855; 2024, No. 51, the Art. 3094), and the Procedure for confirmation of extent of localization of the production of goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 2, 2022 No. 861 "About approval of procedures for confirmation of extent of localization of production of goods and carrying out monitoring of observance of requirements concerning extent of localization of production of the objects of purchase brought in the inventory, which are purchase subject with the confirmed extent of localization of production" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 63, Art. 3807; 2023, No. 86, Art. 4957, No. 101, Art. 6018; 2024, No. 51, the Art. 3094) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that the goods included in the inventory, being purchase subject, with the confirmed extent of localization of production, before entry into force of subitems 1 and 2 of Item of 2 changes, approved by this resolution, are excluded from such list in two months from the date of entry into force of this resolution in case of lack of documents and/or the discrepancies to the requirements provided by subitems 1 and 2 of Item of 2 changes, approved by this resolution.
