About special specifications
Based on subitem 1.13 of Item 1 of Article 22 and Item 2 of article 74 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on architectural, town-planning and construction activities the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for development, approval, rules of creation, statements and registrations of special specifications it (is applied).
2. Determine the scientific and project and production republican unitary enterprise "STROYTEKHNORM" the basic organization for registration and accounting of the approved special specifications (further – the basic organization).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
