About accreditation criterions in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus
Based on subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2024 "About accreditation in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus" the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 33-Z

Determine that in this resolution terms in the values determined in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About accreditation in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus", the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 24, 2016 No. 437-Z "About assessment of conformity to technical requirements" and the Law of the Republic of Belarus of September 5, 1995 No. 3848-XII "About ensuring unity of measurements are used".
2. Determine that accreditation criterions in the National accreditation system of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not established, - accreditation) are:
2.1. implementation of activities by the accredited subject within the operating area of accreditation for the purpose of confirmation of conformity of products with use of the unique equipment and (or) the measuring instruments which are outside the territory of the Republic of Belarus by means of use of measuring instruments and standard samples, and also other technical means concerning which metrological traceability to units of sizes of the International System of Units (SI) is provided according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About ensuring unity of measurements" with determination in documents of system of management of this accredited subject of rules of use of requirements to this equipment, measuring instruments, to other technical means;
2.2. other accreditation criterions according to the list according to appendix.
