About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation technical capability of transfer of data for statement on registration accounting of the citizen of the Russian Federation in the place of stay in hotel, sanatorium, rest house, boarding house, camping, on tourist center or in other similar organization when settling the citizen of the Russian Federation in such organizations according to the car driver license by receipt of data on the identity document of such citizen of the Russian Federation, from information systems of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

3. The realization of this resolution is enabled for the account and within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided to the interested federal executive bodies on management and management in the field of the established functions.

4. Determine that the paragraph of the sixth of the subitem "b" of Item 1 and subitems "an" and "v" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution become effective since January 1, 2026.
