RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF CENTRAL BANK OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

About modification of the "Procedure for opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts" approved by the Resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 4, 2022 No. 04/2

Based on article 22.1.17 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic" the Board of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:

1. Approve changes in the "Procedure for opening, maintaining and closing of bank accounts" approved by the Resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 4, 2022 No. 04/2 it (is applied).

2. Charge to Legal support department of the financial markets to provide in 3-day time submission of this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Azerbaijan Republic for inclusion in the State register of legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.

1. in subitem 2.6.7 to replace point with semicolon and to add with subitems 2.6.8 and 2.6.9 of the following content:
