About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 "About bases of ministerial procedures" the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 433-Z

1. Approve:

the regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 1.3.2 "Receipt of the conclusion about confirmation of the fact of implementation by the aircraft of foreign airline of the international flight and (or) the international airborne transportation, and also quantity and cost of the realized bunker fuel" (are attached);

the regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.14.11 "Consideration and approval of town-planning projects and the project documentation of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone", approval of construction of its objects" (are attached);

the regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.18.1 "Approval of construction, reconstruction, repair, restoration, improvement, demolition of constructions on aerodrome environs of airfield of civil aviation and around arrangement of radio engineering means of ensuring of flights" (are attached).
