Based on parts (2) and (3) article 145 of the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Methodology of calculation of rates for motor transportation transportations of passengers along regular routes in the interdistrict and district message it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1167/2007 about approval of Methodology of calculation of rates for services in transportation of passengers and baggage by road transport (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 171-174, 1208).

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2026.

4. In departure from Methodology Item 8 provisions before the date of entry into force of this resolution:

4.1. To the national agency of road transport to approve measure values, rates which are the cornerstone of calculation;

4.2. to regional councils to establish correction coefficient which will be applied when calculating rates to regular routes in the district message.

5. Before creation of system of collection of statistical data about motor transportation transportations of passengers along regular routes in the interdistrict and district message, but no later than January 1, 2028, for lack of the relevant statistical data for calculation of rates use of the help data approved by the National agency of road transport is allowed.
