About modification of the Provision o provision of compensations for energy in the form of money payment approved by the Order of the Government No. 816/2024

Based on part (1) article 7-1 of the Law No. 241/2022 on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 246-250, 498), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Provision o provision of compensations for energy in the form of money payment approved by the Order of the Government No. 816/2024 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 513-515, 930), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in subitem 7.1 of the word "for which the entitlement to compensation at least for November of the current year was not established" to replace with the text of "2024-2025";

1.2. in Item 11 of the word of "May till October" shall be replaced with words "April till September";

1.3. in subitem 28.4.1 of the word of "May till October" shall be replaced with words "April till September";

1.4. in subitem 29.1 of the word "it is received in October" shall be replaced with words "it is received in September";

1.5. in subitem 29.2 of the word "it is received in September" shall be replaced with words "it is received in August";

1.6. in subitem 29.3 of the word "it is received in August" shall be replaced with words "it is received in July".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
