1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2018 No. 142 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market and entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2017 No. 1053" the following changes:
state the name in the following edition:
"About procedure for reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market";
in preamble of the word "In Execution" shall be replaced with words "Based on paragraph two";
To be reworded as follows the regulations on procedure for reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market approved by this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
