About modification and amendments in the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 562-O/2023 "About approval of Technical regulations of execution of customs declarations"

1. The technical regulations of execution of customs declarations approved by the Order of the director of Customs Service No. 562-O/2023 (2023, 1323), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 527-531, in the following edition:
1.1. In Item 32 "Art. 181 - 185" to replace the text with the text of "Art. 341-348", and the text of "Items 322-331" is replaced with the text of "Section 1 of Chapter IX".
1.2. State Item 38 in the following edition: "The procedure is not applied in the following cases:
1) the goods transported by groups, to two or more different receivers (importers);
2) goods which at the time of import to customs area of the Republic of Moldova, move in customs regime of general transit based on the Convention on the mode of general transit".
1.3. Add Item 40 with subitem 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1 Checks availability of the prior notice of transit in the information system NCTS according to registration number of the vehicle operating on the check point. In case of availability of the prior notice of transit carries out customs formalities. The customs of transit does not accept DVI and informs carrier on obligation to show goods in customs of appointment".
1.4. In Item 41 the subitem (to declare 4) invalid.
